The iconic Abaya Rally in Al Ain, the UAE’s pioneering all-women empowerment drive, returns for its fifth edition on August 29–30, 2025, this time with a powerful debut in Al Ain, now recognized as the GCC’s Tourism Capital of 2025 The event will see over 150 women from across the UAE and GCC gather for a two-day spectacle that marries heritage, empowerment, and adventure, all set against the awe-inspiring backdrop of Jebel Hafeet.
Organized by Orbit Events, the rally has become a beloved annual platform honoring Emirati Women’s Day. Its journey has expanded from Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with a recent debut in Qatar, and now returns to the UAE, elevating its cultural and regional significance.
“She Scales Heights, She Conquers.”
At the heart of this edition lies a bold, symbolic ascent: women wearing graceful abayas will drive up Jebel Hafeet, embodying the rally’s rallying cry—“She Scales Heights, She Conquers.” Every turn of the mountain road becomes a metaphor for resilience, unity, and progress.
Dr. Roaa Talal, founder of Saudi’s Sisterhood motorcycle club, reflected:

The rally not only features the scenic drive but also offers a richly curated experience: red carpet arrivals, empowering panel discussions, wellness and cultural activations, and a modest fashion showcase by Emirati designer Mariam Al Remeithi during a gala dinner.
